Henrik Johannesson

Henrik holds more than 20 years of international executive leadership experience, including several key positions of Oriflame Cosmetics. He is an active investor with engagement in business varying from anti-doping and health supplements to telecom, tech, and digital platforms. Henrik holds a LLM Master of Laws from Lund University, has studied business at Stockholm School of Economics and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School. Prior to venturing Henrik practiced as a lawyer at Vinge Law Firm with focus on M&A.

Roberto García Martínez

Roberto brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the international mining industry. During his career, he has worked on both the theoretical and practical sides of the exploration and mining industry. He has been President and CEO of major mining groups in Africa and worked with company strategies, marketing, mining M&A and exploration management. Roberto holds a Doctoral Degree in Law and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Industrial psychology.

Jan Olof Arnbom

Jan Olof has extensive experience in geological operations for many years, most recently as head of the Division of Mining Industry at SGU (Geological Survey of Sweden) working with national and international mining issues. He has also worked in several consulting companies, e.g. IVL (Swedish Environmental Research Institute) and SGAB (Swedish Geological AB) and as CEO of the industry organization Geotec (Swedish Drillers Association). Since retirement, he now runs his own consulting company. He holds a master’s degree in petrology and mineralogy from the University of Uppsala.
